Available on our ballistic and leather products, each product is embroidered individually to ensure the finest quality possible. Up to 8 colors may be used.

The cost of embroidery depends on how many stitches are in the design. Logos or designs need to be digitized and set-up (see set-up charge table). This is a one time charge. Digitizing is the process by which an embroidery artist turns a logo into stitches and creates instructions which tell an embroidery machine what to stich on an item. Prices below are based on one logo embroidery up to 12,000 stitches (up to 8 colors) in one location. Multiple locations may require additional running charges.

Production time: 3-4 weeks

In addition to logos and designs, full names can be heat-stamped onto our leather products. This creates a permanent impression that won't peel or flake off. Foil can also be used for added color.

The stock letter style for debossing is a 36 pt Times Roman font. Other styles may be available, please call 1.800.669.3181 for details.

Etched into metal or plastic surfaces, the small size of the beam allows for high levels of detail.

Done through the same process of debossing, monograms are unique to each product. Depending on the size of the monogram patch, up to four letters or initials may be featured.

Debossing: pressing an image into the surface of an item under intense heat, creating depressions rather than raised impressions. This allows any design, logo, or initials to leave a permanent impression that will never peel or flake off.

Embroidery: is a process that starts with digitization. Digitization translates a logo or design into instructions which tell the embroidery machine what to stitch on an item. This is a fairly complex process which requires a one-time setup charge.

Laser Engraving: is used to etch a logo or design into a metal or plastic service. The small size of the beam lends itself in producing highly detailed logos or designs.
